The main Board of Directors, appointed by NCS’s shareholders, is responsible for setting the overall strategic business direction. The Group General Manager reports directly to the various Boards of Directors and, together with a small management team, is responsible for managing NCS’s numerous operations, and strengthening business through improved efficiency, productivity and cost management.
