The Group General Manager heads up a small corporate team comprising Finance, Quality Assurance, Training, and Sales and Marketing. NCS maintains offices on Lihir, in Port Moresby, and Lae, allowing flexibility within the organization to deal directly with all our clients and suppliers.

High-calibre Project Managers are carefully selected to ensure they have a background in similar working environments and a good understanding of cross-cultural challenges. NCS’s management style is one of involvement. To ensure that services are always individually adapted to the specific needs of the customer, NCS Project Managers involve the client as well as key NCS staff working on the specific project.

Each project is managed by a Project Manager and, where there are multiple sites within a project, each site is managed by a qualified site supervisor. NCS employs personnel across a range of vocations, including administration staff, chefs, bakers, recreation personnel, housekeepers, tradesmen and construction workers.
