Our largest operation is with the fifth largest gold mine in the world, the Lihir Gold project, providing catering, management, recreational and construction services. We provide the remote mine project sites of Highlands Kainantu and Hidden Valley with catering and camp services.

The Papua New Guinea Defence Force has numerous barracks nationwide, all of which have catering services provided by NCS.

We supply all the daily catering needs for students at the University of Technology in Lae and Bulolo, and also the Timber College in Bulolo.

In total, NCS provides over seven million meals per annum and, on a daily basis, our staff nationwide make more than 2,500 beds and wash over three tonnes of laundry..
