NCS is a wholly-owned PNG company operating on a national basis. NCS recognizes that the successful delivery of a quality product can be achieved only by the development and adherence to a set of company policies that layout directives embracing all areas of operation.
NCS policies are authorized by the Group General Manager, and employees, suppliers and contractors across all sites are expected to adhere to them. As part of our induction programme, all employees are provided with a handbook and a briefing outlining key policies and procedures, company values, and our code of conduct.
