SAFETY
Preventing injuries and providing safe, secure and healthy working conditions for employees is of utmost importance to NCS. We work hard to promote the belief that all injuries and accidents are preventable, and that everyone is personally responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of those working with or near them. Through the provision of safety equipment, regular information, instruction and training, staff are encouraged to be safety conscious. While we have our own comprehensive occupational health and safety manuals and systems, every effort is made to ensure that employees and contractors meet clients' safety requirements. It is this approach that continues to ensure that NCS maintains an safety performance record. Concern for the health of our employees does not end at work but extends to promoting healthy habits and lifestyles in the home. Health awareness campaigns cover topics such as healthy eating habits, personal grooming, AIDS awareness and more.
