Any person found to be under the influence of, or in possession of illegal drugs will be subject to police action and termination of employment. |
Persons under the influence of alcohol and causing a disturbance or damaging property will be subject to disciplinary action, which may result in termination of employment. |
No employee should be working or operating machinery while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. |
Employees found to be drunk or under the influence of illegal drugs will be subject to disciplinary action that could result in termination of employment. |
